PRIVACY POLICY TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or use my services through Shopify or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control including Shopify, or any third party services you access through Shopify. You can reference the Shopify Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices. 

INFORMATION I COLLECT
To fulfil your order you provide me with information (which you authorised Shopify to provide to me) such as your name, email, postal address and details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also contact me directly and choose to provide additional personal information for example, when ordering a custom item.

WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION & HOW I USE IT
I rely on certain legal bases to collect use and share your information as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, settle a dispute, provide customer support, or to fulfil my compliance and obligations with Shopify Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

INFORMATION SHARING & DISCLOSURE
Your personal information is only shared in VERY limited circumstances, such as:
1. Sharing information with Shopify, as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under both the Shopify Seller Policy and Shopify Terms of Use.
2. Compliance with laws: if it is necessary to respond to a legal or government request. 
3. To enforce my agreements, terms and policies. 
4. To prevent and investigate fraud or illegal activity, security, or technical issues. 
5. To protect the rights, property and safety of my customers, or others.

DATA RETENTION 
I retain your personal information in printed form only, to provide you with my services as described in my Privacy Policy and I retain this information only to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes or to enforce my agreements. I keep your data for up to 5 years as required by UK tax law.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information, while some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases, as follows:
1. Access: You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
2. Change, restrict, delete: You may also have rights to change, restrict or delete your personal information, (apart from exceptional circumstances where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will delete your personal information upon request.
