Returns And Cancellations
I accept returns and cancellations but I do not accept exchanges.
If you have any problems with your order please contact me.
If you wish to cancel your order: please request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase.
If you wish to return an item: please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Dispatch the item back to me: within 30 days of delivery.

Your order is an offer to lost things on Shopify to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from lost things on Shopify, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail”).
Shopify Buyer tou/rules: By making a purchase from a seller on Shopify, you the buyer agree that you have:
1. Read the item description and shop policies before making a purchase.
2. Submitted appropriate payment for the item(s) purchased.
3. Provided accurate up to date shipping address information to the seller.

Items are described as clearly as possible as regards colour and size, but colour levels may vary across monitors. Buyers are recommended to read item descriptions on a laptop, where they are shown in full, and NOT on a phone, where descriptions may have been shortened.
RETURNS FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
I ship to the buyer's confirmed Shopify or Paypal shipping address only. In the event that a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address being provided by the buyer through their Shopify or Paypal account, a full refund will be given to the buyer only after the item has been returned to me by the postal service in an undamaged condition. For US and international returns: returns may take more than 12 weeks!
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Orders are packed carefully, therefore there shouldn't be breakages or damage, but if there are any problems, please CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY and I will do my best to help. You have 14 days after receiving the item to contact and inform me of any damage. Please make sure you RETAIN ALL THE PACKAGING as evidence for a claim.

The item must be returned in its original condition, if not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
IMPORTANT for INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: THE PARCEL MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH THE WORDS 'RETURNED GOODS FOR REFUND' if this is not shown on the parcel, any customs charges and handling costs I incur will be deducted from the final refund.

You will be reimbursed within 14 days after I have received the returned item.
If I do not receive the returned item (i.e. lost in post) you will be reimbursed within 14 days after I have received email proof from you of your 'proof of posting receipt from the post office' for the item.
A full refund of the item and its original postage cost will be issued.
