Delivery
ORDERS SHIP TO THE INVOICE ADDRESS YOU GIVE, SO PLEASE INSURE YOUR Shopify or PayPal ADDRESS IS CORRECT TO AVOID CONFUSION AND FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.
I try to post within 2 working days of receiving full payment.
I am in the UK so please allow for differences in time zones in my contacting you.
I do not charge for the packing materials only for the actual postage cost.
Delivery is by Royal Mail, my post office opening times are : Monday to Saturday 9 am - 4 pm GMT.
UK DELIVERY:
All items (except cards) are sent by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked, which can take 3 - 5 working days under normal circumstances, but may take longer during Christmas or industrial action.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:
Posting is by Royal Airmail International Tracked and can take between 5 - 14 days under normal circumstances depending upon your location, but may take longer during Christmas or industrial action or your countries internal customs checks.
EVERYONE PLEASE NOTE:
In the event of A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC, BAD WEATHER, INCREASED SECURITY CUSTOMS CHECKS DUE TO TERRORISM, or CHRISTMAS, mail can take longer to be delivered. If you haven't received your order after 15 working days for UK orders, or 21 working days for international orders, please contact me and I will do my best to help.
